Annie Naish , Heather Mole

This week you’re invited to retreat from the busyness and constant distractions of daily life, to slow down, take a step back and carve out some time for you and God as we explore together different pathways into prayer. We’ll offer you some tools to engage in contemplation, doodling, imagination, movement, visual art, music, collage, nature and silence. Encounter God afresh in body, mind and spirit as we respond to the invitation of Jesus in Matthew 11:28- 29: ‘Are you tired? Worn out? Burned out on religion? Come to me. Get away with me and you’ll recover your life… Learn the unforced rhythms of grace.’ (The Message).

Annie is a chaplain with the Scargill Community and Heather is a spiritual director based in Durham.

If you would like to attend, but the cost of the ticket is a difficulty for you, then contact Phil in confidence about a bursary to help with the cost.
