Team Leaders
We’re looking for people to come and take on leadership roles on community.
- Estate Team leader: This person leads the team that looks after our 90 acre estate, including the Gardens, Buildings and Forests. We don’t expect a person to be experienced in all these areas, but one or two is necessary.
- Personnel Assistant: Work as part of our personnel team to recruit and interview new community members, and oversee the personnel of our existing community – Ideally you’ll have experience in this area.
- Kitchen Team – Deputy Leader. You’ll work alongside our Kitchen Team leader to manage our food preparation, ordering and kitchen team
- House Team – Deputy Leader. You’ll work alongside our house team leader to make sure that the house is kept clean and is beautifully prepared for our guest.

We’re always looking for people to join community at Scargill. If you’re from the UK(or have a valid Youth Mobility Scheme Tier 5 Visa) you can apply to become a community member, so please give us some of your details and we’ll be back in touch.
