How often do you hear, ‘It’s no fun getting older’? Yes, there are challenges but did you know that if you are reasonably fit when you reach 65 you are likely to live on average for another 20 years? John and Felicity have a combined age of 165 and have been working together for over 50 years and still have a lot of fun. More importantly they believe that God values our old age and wants us to be ‘always green and full of sap’ (or ‘fat and flourishing’ as the KJV puts Psalm 92:15).
