This event is for leaders with a current change situation, as it is an exploration of how to lead and work with complex change. It used to be simple to make change in our churches, however those days are past. There is complexity at every level and we can feel helpless and bewildered as we try to lead through the mess. We will blend theological reflection with a mix of theory and practice to give you several ways to look at and work with whatever change you are facing.
Nicky McGinty is a highly experienced facilitator, trainer, coach, supervisor and ordained self-supporting priest working mostly in church and charity contexts.
