Come and walk the ancient tracks and paths that cross the Yorkshire Dales. We will be discovering the history of the miners in Swaledale as we head into lead mining country around Gunnerside Gill. We will be walking some of the monastic tracks and pack horse routes in Wharfedale and Wensleydale, and finishing at Aysgarth falls as the mighty River Ure cascades over the falls surrounded by the beautiful Autumn colours. The walks will be nine to ten miles each day with a mix of field paths, steep climbs and rough moorland walking. We will start and end the day with worship and reflection as we enjoy the majestic scenery of the Dales and Scargill.
