Scargill House is a place of hospitality and welcome. From churches and organisations to groups of friends, all are welcome here. Our offering to groups is to provide a whole package of worship, youth cover, prayer ministry and pastoral support, fun and games etc. We also provide teaching as required, hosted by the Community. Equally, you may prefer to do your own thing. Either way, you will always be welcome to join the Community in our rhythm of prayer and worship.
We can accommodate 70 people in our bedrooms and have conferencing facilities for up to 100. The details of our meeting rooms available for teaching, discussion groups, youth work or whatever else you might need, can be found below.
We will work with you to allocate rooms in the house depending on your requirements. As a next step, think about the date that you’d like to visit and the number of people that you expect to bring. Then, have a look through the meeting rooms we have and get in touch via the button below.
Please bear in mind that Scargill can be busy and we might not be able to offer you your first choice of datesor meeting rooms, but we will try our best to accommodate your group. Smaller groups can often fit alongside our programmed events.
Scargill weekend groups usually run from 4pm on Friday to 2pm on Sunday, and mid-week groups from 4pm on Monday to 10am on Friday.
