Payment
- Online events are paid in full at the time of booking.
- We prefer bank transfer; you can also pay by cheque.
Cancellations
- We offer a full refund if you cancel 8 weeks in advance, 50% if you cancel 4 weeks ahead, and no refund thereafter.
Online event participation and recording
- Online attendees will participate via a virtual platform (usually zoom), which requires an internet connection and compatible device. Please be aware that any hybrid or online event might be recorded.
