Come and learn to create portraits. From beginners to experienced artists, all are welcome to improve skills and grow closer to the Lord.
Receive spiritual guidance and structured teaching, working in threes so each person produces two portraits and sits for the third.
Materials are provided but you may bring your own if preferred.
Mark is a painter and trained over many years ending with an MA from the Royal College of Art. Val taught art at Pates Grammar school in Cheltenham before ordination and parish ministry. They currently have a small retreat house in Hereford where they use art with people who come. For many years they have also been leading retreats at Lee Abbey and other Christian retreat houses.
