We are seeking new team members to join the Scargill Community in our rhythm of prayer, hospitality, and fun, to help us fulfil our calling as a community & retreat centre.
- You enter into an apprenticeship in discipleship centred around a call to community.
- You will be working alongside other Community Members within one or two teams, under the guidance of a team leader.
- As part of our focus on hospitality you will play an integral role in teams that join guests for meals, support programmed events, lead prayers and have an active role in the evening social events.
Can you offer any of these skills or have a willingness to learn?
- Administration
- Catering/cooking
- Domestic/cleaning work
- Estate work/forestry/gardening
- Maintenance/plumbing/electrical/building
- Music worship
- Youth & children’s work

These are not salaried positions, but you will receive accommodation, all your meals and a monthly personal allowance.
