We seem to live in a world obsessed with ‘me time’ and ‘self-love’ but, ironically, one where self-esteem is cripplingly poor. How well do you really love you? Jesus said the two greatest commandments are to ‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength. And love your neighbour AS yourself.’ Take some time out to explore the unconditional and extravagant love God has for us, and why this needs to be the lens through which we learn to show love to God, others and ourselves. In Christian circles and church life, the emphasis is often on ‘doing’ for
others. This can lead to physical, mental, emotional and spiritual burnout.

We invite you to join us in discovering a healthier rhythm of ‘being’, ‘doing’ and ‘loving’.
