Roy Searle

This is an online-only event.

[This is a hybrid event with people attending both in-house and on-line. See also in-house event.]

Facing challenges and uncertainties….

..where familiar things are disappearing, join Roy Searle in exploring what it means to be a disciple of Christ in a changing world and find hope in the midst of a great unravelling within the church in wider society. When so much of life is being shaken and stirred by happenings in the world, we need to be encouraged to ask and discern how we respond as believers to the challenges and opportunities of these times.

Drawing on insights from Scripture, reflecting on contemporary happenings and the hints of God’s Spirit at work, we will explore what the future might look like. In unravelling of so many things, how might we re-imagine life, faith, church and society with a hopeful future?

Roy Searle was one of the founders of the Northumbria Community and a former President of the Baptist Union of Great Britain. He is well known as a speaker, retreat leader, writer and leadership mentor.

This is a hybrid event with people attending both in-house and on-line.
