Advent is a season of longing and waiting. We wait with joy and wonder as we look forward to the Christ child coming to us in such humility, and longing for his coming again in glory. It is a season alive with anticipation. We are delighted that leading our Advent Retreat is Dr. Christina Baxter, former principal of St John’s College Nottingham, and an ‘excellent teacher full of wisdom and prayer’ says Phil.
Within this retreat there will be periods of silence.
