Job Summary
This is a very varied role with daily, weekly and monthly tasks ensuring each work team has sufficient team members from community and/or our Working Friends (volunteers). There is also a strong pastoral element to the role. The role includes recruitment, both for general community and those on our International Community Volunteer Programme, as well as our Working Friends (volunteers). There are a number of administration tasks including allocating overseas Tier 5 Visas, interviews, reviews, safeguarding, off duty and various other rotas. This role is perfect for someone who loves people, organisation, and teamwork.
This is a 3 year post open to those who hold a UK passport or have the right to work in the UK. This is not a salaried position but you will receive accommodation including all bills, a wifi connection, meals and a monthly personal allowance.
